Strengthening Trust and Securing Our Brand’s Future

Sherborne Windows recently celebrated 30 years of providing the best impartial advice to help clients discover the most suitable doors and windows for their homes.
When Chris and Claire Long founded Sherborne Windows in 1994, their company ethos was to try to look after and be fair to everyone the business had dealings with. That same ethos remains today. They have grown to become one of the most trusted names in home improvement in Hampshire, Surrey, Berkshire, and South-West London.
They work hard to maintain their highly respected reputation for delivering excellent customer care, along with ensuring the most suitable high-quality doors and windows are available to customers.
It came to light recently, that competitors were using the Sherborne Windows brand name in their own digital marketing campaigns, which could mislead or confuse customers and potentially dilute the brand reputation. Claire Long, marketing director at Sherborne Windows, said: “Our brand is central to everything we do. We have invested decades into building a reputation for quality and customer care.”
To protect the brand identity and secure the future, Chris decided to register a trademark, to stop others from copying and using the company name or logo.
With its trademark now officially registered, Sherborne Windows is well-positioned to build on its brand foundation. Chris said, “This trademark represents the trust we have built with our customers.”
The company has integrated the ® symbol within their logo, to reinforce its legal rights and signal to others that the brand is protected. Sherborne has worked hard to achieve and maintain their good reputation and is committed to protecting its reputation.
